Please read carefully below of how to use your REPSOFT warranty service to help fix your product.
If the product fails during normal and proper use within the warranty period, REPSOFT will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective parts within the product, or the product itself, with items that are functionally equivalent to that as originally supplied, or better, during the warranty period defined for the model, using new or refurbished parts or units. If the notebook is under warranty, the ownership of the replaced defective parts will automatically be transferred to REPSOFT.
All components repaired or replaced by REPSOFT Notebook Service Centre will be under warranty for the remaining period of warranty or for no less than 3 months.
The warranty does not cover free accessories which were delivered together with the unit such as: carry cases or mice, etc.
Returning a product to REPSOFT Notebook Service Centre during the warranty period does not automatically mean that it will be repaired free of charge. Upon receiving your product, REPSOFT Notebook Service Centre reserves the right to check the validity of your warranty and your request for warranty service. Charges may apply if the product fails to meet the warranty criteria, please read "Exclutions" for details.

After approval of the submitted data you will receive the RMA number and shipping instructions from us by e-mail.
Please insert a copy of the invoice in the packaging.
